Patricia McGarvey is the Client Service Manager at Paraklete® Financial, Inc. (PFI). Pat coordinates PFI’s client service and financial planning activities. She also ensures all materials and client websites are in good order in advance of client meetings as well as coordinating relationships with the client adviser teams.
Her 30 (plus) years of experience in the financial services industry includes corporate office support for remote and off-site locations. As a member of dynamic client service teams, Pat has successfully helped to establish and maintain client relationships. She has also been keenly involved in developing client communication, implementing goals for client follow-up, and analyzing confidential client information.
Pat was instrumental in helping to open the west coast office for Ronald Blue & Company (Ronald Blue Trust®) where she also wrote, established, and implemented office procedures that included the training of new personnel. Her ability to come alongside co-workers has been known to bring clarity and simplicity to complicated situations.
As a member of the Ronald Blue & Company’s corporate headquarters, Pat developed and coordinated firm-wide training procedures for the client service assistants across 14 remote offices. She also provided support of firm-wide training for all levels of the organization.
Pat earned her bachelor’s degree in Christian Education at Toccoa Falls College.
In addition she has completed several CFP® courses and holds the Series 65 certification. Pat resides in Toccoa, GA
