The Balanced Life
It is important to have balance in our lives. What does balance look like? Balance is different for each us.
Some tips:
- Avoid overdoing things. Whether it is work, hobby or an avocation, too much of a good thing may be a bad thing in the long run.
- Balance is critical for our physical well being. By learning to take care of our body, we will get the rest and relaxation we need.
- Strive for a balance. Each of us is able to find more work to do than we have time to accomplish. Focus on quality of work and not quantity of work.
There are times in our lives where each of us is out of balance. Focusing on opportunities outside of our usual routine is one way to regain balance.
